Those Who Believe Begin to Follow Jesus
How can we serve our fellow Montanans across the Treasure State? The opportunities are endless. If we learn to live with an attitude of Worship, Jesus will show us how to serve others that they will know and understand the great Love that He has for them. Our service to meet the needs around us SHOW people the Love of Jesus.
Jesus taught this; "... but whoever wishes to become great among you shall be your servant, and whoever wishes to be first among you shall be your slave; just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many."
At Mission Montana Bible Fellowship, we offer a variety of services to help you grow in your faith as you learn to Follow Jesus. From worship gatherings to Bible studies, we are here to support you on your spiritual journey. Following Jesus is to follow the Word of God; walking in the whole counsel of His perfect teaching.
Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode with him.

Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of God, and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel."
"Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. "For the promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God will call to Himself."

Worship is so much more than music or singing. Worship is a heart that Loves Jesus with their whole heart, soul, mind, and strength. A worshiper of Jesus Loves the people around them with a Christ-Like Love. We show our Love for our Lord Jesus as we reach out to the world around us. We show our Love through a giving and charitable heart. Worship is walking in obedience to The Word of God.
Jesus said "But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers. "God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."
John 17:3 "This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.
Proclaiming salvation of God through Jesus! Jesus is the "English" name for Yeshua. Jesus's Name in His Hewbrew language is Yeshua. His Name has a meaning! Salvation of Yah (God/Yahovah). The word Christ also has a meaning; The Anointed One (the one anointed by God). Jesus Christ literally means "The Annointed Savior of God"! We love to study the Word of God!
Serve the Lord
The Names of God tell us not only "who" He is, but they teach us about His very nature; His character.
Jesus has many names; Immanuel - which means "God with us" One of His most important names is The Word of God - He is The Word who was made flesh and dwelt among us. He is the Good Shepherd. The King of Kings and Lord of Lords. He is the Rock. He is the Lamb of God! We could fill this page with a study of His name! Understanding the names of God is important, as there is truly power in His Name, and we are called to pray all that we pray in His Holy Name.
Not only do we want to understand the Names of Jesus; but we also want to understand the Name of "God". God is a generic term used by people around the world - but WHO are we talking about when we use the word "God"? Yahovah, The Great I AM, El Shaddai (God Almighty), Addonai (Lord God). There are many Names to be studied which Yah (God) uses to describe Himself. There is power in His Name, and it's a joy to ASCRIBE Glory and Honor to The One True and Living God!
Holy Spirit also has many Hebrew Names; The Ruach (breath) Elohim (God) The Breath of God, Ruach El Shaddai is the Breath of God Almighty! There are many, but how much more rich an understanding to think that He is the life giving wind or Breath of God which quickens us.

Join us in serving the Lord through various projects in Montana. Let's spread the message of salvation and love to the community.
How shall the people understand the promises of God unless they are introduced to His Word. The Word of God gives us hope for the future, an understanding of why there is evil in the world, and a knowledge of the spiritual battle that we are in. Our weekly Bible Studies are a specific initiative to empower people with a knowledge of the Truth.
Large events are able to be used to share this Good News with the larger area, region, and people from around the State.
Act 4:12 "And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved."

A dedicated team of believers serving the Lord in Montana with love and devotion to God and one another.
Pastor Michels and his wife Tammi grew up in Northwestern Montana. After being called to serve Jesus as a Pastor/Teacher, Justin has served congregations in Whitefish, Great Falls, Eureka, and now Garrison. Justin & Tammi have served their fellow Montanans as a servant team for over 20 years. Pastor Michels also serves as the director of Bowman Ministries; a global mission organization dedicated to reaching the remote unreached people groups with the Word of God. www.BowmanMinistries.com
Chuck and Jenny met at a Bible Camp in Oregon, were married there, and served in that ministry during their early years. After a 20 year career in the tech world, Chuck and Jenny returned to the same camp that they had met. Camp ministry is their passion. Using the break-away time of camp to reach people of all ages with the message of salvation. Chuck and Jenny are working to develop a new camp ministry as a part of the greater work of Mission Montana. Chuck serves as one of our Directors.
Doug and Patty have lived in the Garrison area for decades. They are gifted with a rich and warm hospitality. Doug and Patty host our Wednesday evening time of teaching and worship most weeks. They have a way of making everyone feel welcome and loved in their home. Patty is our little lightning bolt! She is such a great encourager for the work of the ministry and our Church Plant. Doug serves as one of our Directors.
Rita has been such a blessing, not only as a constant supporter of the ministry, faithful in studies, but also serving as our Secretary and Treasurer. She and her husband Glenn have raised their family in Garrison and have deep roots in Montana.

We aren't building our kingdoms, institutions, or denomination: We are called to work together to advance HIS KINGDOM - and to further His ETERNAL purposes. ...speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ, from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.
